We take a minimal-data approach. This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts, or cookies requiring consent. Personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary to deliver the website, and — if you choose to buy Nami Pro — during checkout, which is handled by our payment partner.

This website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit getnami.app, technical data that your browser transmits is processed: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. Cloudflare also processes connection metadata in order to deliver content, mitigate attacks (e.g. DDoS) and report network errors (Network Error Logging). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely and is not merged with other data sources.

Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Cloudflare is additionally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

This website does not set cookies that require consent and does not use analytics or advertising technologies. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain; no third-party resources are loaded when you simply browse the site. Accordingly, no consent banner is displayed (Section 25 TDDDG does not apply to storage/access that is strictly necessary).

If you purchase Nami Pro, the checkout is operated by Polar Software, Inc. (USA) acting as merchant of record — i.e. Polar is the seller of the transaction and your contractual partner for the purchase itself. When you click "Buy Nami Pro", you are redirected to Polar's checkout, where Polar processes the data required for the purchase (e.g. email address, payment data, billing country, tax information) under its own responsibility as an independent controller. We receive from Polar the information necessary to provide your license (e.g. email address, license key, order status), but no full payment data.

The Nami app download — and any subsequent app updates — is provided via GitHub Releases (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When downloading, your IP address and technical request data are transmitted to GitHub. GitHub is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract / provision of the requested download).

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, content of your message) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete such correspondence once your request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
